    I would also think it is a steel tube one or else someone would have salvaged for the aluminum scrap

    broken down pontoon something it looked to me. I passed it up twice before I saw it. I would be surprised if it would still float at all, it has become one with the surroundings now. I am sure it was someones fun and enjoyed many happy days in the past.

    There is an old steel toon that someone has turned into a University of Tennessee themed party boat. You see it at the marinas in my area
