In my search for a bamboo spinning rod

I believe good conservative setting of ones drag would be required for your spinning rod to survive. I want one to chase bream with.

I know i have some i went thru some the other day but all i found was a bamboo fly rod

I picked up one from Ebay that will need some attention. But the price was acceptable. It will give me a project.
