Covid vaccine

Got my second shot of Moderna today around 3pm . Feeling tired like with the first one . Little achy .

I got my first dose of the Moderna vaccine on 3/17 and I had headaches, body aches, chills and fatigue for about 24 hours. I’m scheduled to get the second dose on 4/13 and after the side effects of the first dose.
I’ll gladly still get the second dose because I’m looking forward to getting back to normal ASAP.

I have a friend who got the J+J vaccine recently and she had a lot of side effects from it too. I’m glad she had the J+J vaccine which is single dose because I doubt she wouldn’t have taken a second dose of it.

I did not. When my fever hit 102 I called my doctor. He said it was entirely possible I that I had COVID and was asymptotic over the past year as he said folks who had COVID would have strong reactions after the 2nd dose. All is well now but I have to tell you I hurt all over. My fever broke at 3:00am. I had sweat so much had to change my clothes and bed linens. Time to do some serious fishing now.

Second Pfizer jab received yesterday ... same effects as 1st jab, a sore arm at injection site, so far. :woohoo

Trying to find J/J SHOT but none found .

Got my 2nd Moderna shot Wednesday. Had sore arm at injection site Thursday for about 4 hrs. Cleared up and no further after-effects.
We now may be able to go out and celebrate our wedding anniversary next Thursday.

Nice. My wife and I are looking forward to being able to actually see and hold the grandkids, and let them know what we look like. Hoping by this time next year things being much more “normal“ than recently.
