I believe my wife is going to file an assault charge with the PD this morning given the severity of the virus outbreak in the county and in particular the store. We are also in contact with the health department who can require him to be tested and then report his results to us. We are still trying to figure out the medical costs associated with this but have been provided with a top notch lawyer to help us.
Thanks for the prayers they are appreciated. I had many unchristian thoughts yesterday and back a few years ago I would have been jailed for assault or worse. I have too many elderly folks in our community who depend on both my wife and I for help with meals, tasks etc. I don’t want any legal issues to sideline my abilities to assist these folks but now I am “out of the game” until the 8th of August. I had an elderly fella yesterday depending on me to come over yesterday and help him with some heavy work as he just had surgery on his arm. It was certainly disappointing to call his wife and tell her I couldn’t come.

I can understand your want to help those that are relying on you for their needs, but my wife and family are my first responsibility...he wouldn't need no more than a body bag...

Praying for the both of you. You are a better man than I am. I would have hurt him until he would never want to touch another woman as long as he lived. He would be in jail after he left the hospital and I would own that store. That is way beyond stupid!!
