Smoking day

[skunked again]

Pork butts , for pulled pork. They won't be ready till later. Brats, they only took 1.75hr, smelled great......tasted even better! Of course I had to be a conscientious parent, and make sure it was satisfactory!!!!



Later on today, beef jerky and corn on the cob, smoked also.
