Why is it not working?
I got a new phone and I have C.com app loaded onto it but I have obviously forgotten my password. I don't think I have but it's saying my password is wrong. Soooo I have went to the forgotten password prompt and it said it would email me a new password. I have not received an email and it's saying that it has sent an email.
But crazy thing is (to me) is that I'm on my old phone and it's working fine. Can I find my password on my old phone while I'm logged in and transfer it to my new phone. If so, how?
Or can someone in admin pm me my password?
