Default More Jap a Lenos Peppers, stuffed with stuff

    Yum yum!

Had some stuff in frig that needed to be disposed of, so I stuffed some Jap a Lenos.

    1. 1/2 lb of sausage browned and drained
    2. 1/2 block cream cheese
    3. 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese (leftover from tacos) or whatever cheese to glue meat

Mix the stuff up and stuff in hollowed out Jap a Leno peppers halves

Cook in oven @425 degrees 15-20 min til bubbly

You don't need the cream cheese, but I am a addict and cleaning out frig

    I love Jap a Lenos
