Default Pulled the trigger on an Lennox inverter

Mannnn this is one sweet heat pump. I've been in this industry 30 yrs. and have never seen a unit any quieter. Between the sound and comfort level I am very pleased. Kudos to Lennox for the XP 25 inverter.

I have been running Lennox for years. Can't beat them.. What is the difference in the XP 25 & the HP 26 which I now have?

The XP 25 has a variable speed compressor it will ramp down to 35 percent capacity. Super quiet and efficient.

Can I use the XP 25 with my 19 cabinet?

I'm not sure don, but I don't think so. This is a communicating system that the thermostat talks to the indoor and outdoor system. I think you would have to change indoor, outdoor and tstat.
