    Wife was a PBX operator for the railroad (switch board) for a number of years prior to becoming a "mud hop", prior to becoming a "dispatcher/customer relations" rep.

    I found it interesting also. We need to bring back the rat hunter and send them to Washington. Should be able to get their limit in a day.
