Update!!! Don't know if it had anything to do with it or not while getting rid of it computer locked up large screen saying cia, fbi, police dept etc locked computer and if i wanted unlocked send $300 dollars. It's in the shop now

I've had the "CIA/FBI/whatever has locked your files" page come up, before. All I did was close the page, CTRL/ALT/Delete the computer (shutdown/reboot), then run a full scan of Malwarebytes. It nailed the two trojan links ... and I haven't seen it, since.
