But probably not better for you. Wife and I had been running errands all day and had planned to just have a sandwich for dinner. When I was putting the groceries in the fridge I found a bag of fish fillets from Friday that I had planned to cook. She had bought some sausage for breakfast so I borrowed a couple of patties and used it to season some canola oil.
While that was cooking I put on a pot of creamy grits (3parts water to 1 part canned milk in the grits).
Then I fried some cornbread in the seasoned oil.
Then the fillets.
Not the healthiest meal on the block, but it was better than a cold sammich!!![]()
