Social Security wasn`t "universally " enforced in a few parts of the US, particurally out West until almost WW 2...many Republican Senators and Representatives simply didn`t make the necessary paperwork available until publicly being ORDRERED to...have read the Part "B" Medicade Reform Act was not even less popular than Obamacare is but the "necessary paperwork" wasn`t even available AT ALL from the US Dept of Health...certainly FOOLISH, considering they had how many YRS to `get ready`...DUH ! Leave it to the Government...

Wonder why the gov't needs to make ACA the law....if it was so affordable and easy like Amazon to "sign up", wouldn't people just gravitate towards the better deal? No choice... Instead, Americans are forced into something that may or may not be what he/she wants.
