Don't see the point.
have used both for for the last 10 years. been with dish for the last 3 years and as far as pricing after the initial deal, dish all the way. their CS is fantastic and we've had none of the billing issues we had with direct tv. we get more of the channels we watch for less money with dish.
HAVE HAD BOTH . HAVE DIRECT NOW . ENOUGH SAID .:twocents
Thanks for all the input folks. Please if anyone else wants to chime in, feel free nto do so.CF
I'm a System tech. For a cable company who happens to live in the country and can't get cable. I have direct. Dish network has a bad habbit of fights with programers and removeing channels for weeks at a time. I think the last big one was fox. All 3have their own unique problems. I will say I pay more for my dish than we charge for a comparable line up.
I've had both. Neither WOW'd me. I have Comcast cable now, and it doesn't WOW me either but I like the HD. Whatever we get it's almost always the same except price offerings.
I had dish for 3 years, and most of the outdoor channels were not included in the 200 channel package I had. One crappie show that replayed the same stuff over and over. Just switched to directv and like it alot. I mainly did it for the free football package, and to try them out. The new genie dvr has alot of features that dish did not. They are pretty comparable in prices, as long as you remember to cancel all the add ons dish throws at you for free to try.
I am looking at Apple TV
You really need to quit watching TV and get out and get that corn picked to make sure you've got your $5.00 ready to lose at the next NW Bash!:bash
