    Default Crappie.com won't load

For some reason crappie.com won't load up on my iPad or iPhone when on wifi at the house. I have cleared history and cookies. Every other website will work just not this one. Does anyone have any clues why?

You had the same problem? Did it go away?

I'm on my iPad and it works fine.

Please PM me your IP address if you are having this problem. I can look at logs to see if there is some sort of firewall issue on my server. I'd need the IP address of the device that's got the problem. Going through a router though it might all be the same IP at your house.

I've had the same problem and have ask Slab to help me which he did but something is not right because I still have problems. Crappie.com is the ONLY site I can't get to load at times.

There are only three members that have reported this specific problem that I have found. Longliner, Spiderwoman and now jfears. There might be more but not that have provided me IP addresses that I have found in my firewalls blacklist.

That's exactly the issue, their IP addresses show up on my blacklist as follows:
    99.196...157 # lfd: (CT) IP 99.196...157 (US/United States/99-196-50-157.cust.wildblue.net) found to have 264 connections - Wed Mar 13 07:45:59 2013[/QUOTE]

I edited the IP address above so it does not all show for the sake of privacy.

Anyway, my firewall sees that one IP address has 264 connections to my server and assumes it's a DOS attack, and automatically blacklists the IP. One IP address should not have that many connections to my server, ever, so it appropriately denies access.

I've worked with Spiderwoman and Longliner to try to resolve the issue and we've not been ale to correct it. I can remove them from the blacklist, but invariably their IP get blacklisted again. This is very selective and very few IP's get blacklisted on my server this way. The only thing I have come up with is that their PCs are infected with a virus, but they have even gone to the step of purchasing a new PC, and the problem persists. They have run all sors of Antivirus scans, they've even had their ISP out to address the problem to no avail. I can't explain or figure out why this is happening, and I've not been able to find anything about it on the Internet. This is very aggravating.

Help! Any computer geeks out there that can explain what might be wrong. I'm all ears.

What Is My IP Address ® | Shows Your IP Address.

Will tell you your IP. I can see your current IP here when you post, but I have to assume that because you're posting, it's not this one. If you were on the black list, you could not even see the site.

Thanks Ed for helping us out. This whole problem started when I switched to Wild Blue Exede as my internet provider. But this site is the ONLY one that I've had any problems with. As I told you before I had a tech come out and check my computer and IP address and he said all is well and no virus detected. Its hard to figure out but there is a problem some where. Again, thanks for all your work to solve this issue.
