    Default Love those HOA's

    Spent most of my day working on this retaining wall for my parking deck. Had a perfectly good concrete wall I'm having to cover up with rock for aesthetic reasons...lol

    I have three different Walmarts in three different directions. All within 10 miles of me. So, I hope i don't have to get so fancy.
    What did you back fill with? Did you compare blocks to the cement for price? Thanks for any info.
