I could add a few to that list. Actually I could add a lot if I could remember them.
Like
Starter on the floorboard next to the gas pedal
Burma Shave signs
Teachers had a paddle and used it
Pegged jeans
Duck tails
This stuff makes my head hurt. A friend of mine told me once "I knew you were going to have trouble with that head the first time I saw it).
remember them all. back then cars did not have seat belts or bucket seats. girls could set in the middle of the front seat.
I found out at an early age what that bag of lime dust was in the out house.......... wouldn't trade any of these times for what we have today....... cars,phones,tv, pcs....... they can shove it all up........... can sure remember the old sears Christmas catalog coming every fall......wish book we called it.......
