Yes EB I am against anyone violating my civil rights and if a policeman (or policewoman) breaks into my house without a legal warrant , then I have the right to protect my family. I know, I know you only believe the government (who's teet you suck on everyday of your life) has any rights in this country. That's exactly what happen to Germany under Hitler because people like you don't believe in people rights vs government rights.

J Row, I am all for "due process" of the law (ie search warrents, reading a suspect their Miranda rights, ect) but I would imagine shooting a cop MIGHT be taking "personal freedom" a little bit too far. You wouldn`t be a "sovereign citizen" possibly ? As far as the Nazis, am a student of history and utterly DESPISE them and all that they stood for; without a doubt they were HANDS DOWN the WORST collection of mentally and socially sick persons in 1 place at 1 time, almost all of whom were criminally inclined thugs, and who were as a group megla maniacs, narcissitic amorale blood thirsty war mongering and apathetic pile of dog (deleted ) to ever con a nation into electing them to power. As far as I know, Hitler actually only kept his word twice. He promised to go to war (unfortuneately for Nazi Germany) and in March 1935 he swore that if his Nazi Party gained a majority in the Reich Stag within 10 yrs you wouldn`t be able to recognise Nazi Germany. By March of 1935, Nazi Germany was bombed and burnt out piles of wreckage reeking with the smell of tens of thousands of unburied corpses who had VOTED "Nazi" in 1935...am sure that WASN`T exactly what they had envisioned....
