A feller i work with, has been having troubles with the mother of his children. Shes a drug addict/alcoholic, who has had help in the past, and must not want it. The trouble is, she keeps coming back, and he's just to soft hearted to turn her out, but do to money, and the fact he has 4 children varying ages, he dosent want her around. I think he has tried most of the common venues for such folks, but is there something else he can do?
This is in the state of Ohio. She owes the city money, so she cant get into most half-way houses or other such places which charge for their services, and likewise require a deposit.

I really feel for the guy, he made some mistakes as well in the past, but he moved on and recovered, did a great job raising his kids on his own. But just when it gets going for him, she shows up like a toothache.

Any help or thoughts would be appreciated.
