Point is weapons are NOT for a display or warning; weapons are for KILLING when absolutely necessary. Pulling a weapon and THREATENING someone is a BAD idea...so many end up getting shot with their OWN weapon; more than a few after foolishly deciding to "wound" an offender as a "warning". If the situation IS SERIOUS ENOUGH to pull a gun, the 1st shot BETTER be FATAL to your opponent. And forgive the "overkill theory", but EMPTY it, preferably above the shoulders...

Wish I could, live in Illinois though. Seems ironic, that four years in the army, and 11 months in Bosnia with 180 rounds on me was fine. Not to mention C-4 and mines.
