You might try uploading the video to Photobucket...

It will then have a URL...

Try right clicking on the email video ... at the bottom of the drop down menu that should come up, look for "Properties" and left click on that word. In the panel that appears, there should be a section marked "Address (URL)"
Place your cursor at the beginning or end of that series of letters ... press your left mouse button down & hold it down while dragging the cursor over the entire address link, until it is totally highlighted. Right click on the highlighted address, and when the menu opens, right click on "Copy". Then just "paste" it into your message/post on here.

If that doesn't work, or the dropdown menu panel does not contain the "Properties" line ... tell us what the dropdown panel DOES say, and maybe we can figure out how to copy/paste it. Otherwise, "rnvinc" is correct ... but you will still have to figure out how to move the video from your email account into your computer's picture files, so that Photobucket can upload it. I don't think Photobucket can upload/link to your email account.

I tried to see if I could do it with videos from MY email ... but, they were all links, and not embedded video's, so I'm not sure if the copy/paste method will work. All I got, when right clicking on any "pictures" in my emails, was a "save picture as" panel ... and I'm not familiar with using that function.

    thanks for the info.

As for the "save as picture" you mentioned, I use that when I get an email with some pictures or cartoons I want to save to my laptop, just click on the "save as picture", and a box will pop up with the image shown, and a place to "re-name" the image, and will also indicate where the image will be saved on your computers hard drive.

That's pretty much what I figured. So it would still be useful if you used that function to load the video onto your computer files ... and Photobucket can upload it from there.
Also ... using the "insert video" icon (3rd from right at top of message box) may be another possibility, if you find or create a URL for it.
