You Can't Fix Stupid

Last Thursday was talking to a friend at home on his landline, all of a sudden he said "What the heck, I've got to go".
Later he called me back with the news of a single car, left the road and rolled multiple times landing in his front yard on a 45mph county road.
The lady was babbing and trying to get out of her car seat, She had BEEN TALKING ON HER CELL PHONE and lost control. It is scary at the amount of people driving talking or texting while on the phone and most couldn't chew gum and walk at the same time.

x2 on the can't fix stupid. Tennessee has a law that makes it illegal to text while driving. I would imagine that it is tuff to enforce because it's not a primary offense.
