Am sure Obama PERSONALLY sat down today and with all the really pressing crisises and issues decided to pass legislation on this 1 because it`s been at the top of his agenda...like a mule would REALLY care...but feel comforted, am sure some "right winger' PETA type will file a Federal law suit to "cease and desist' just to spite the system !

Never heard of certified weed free hay. Sure must be expensive. Maybe that is the way to control all domestic animals on federal land.

Doubt if the mules could care. As long as they could eat it.

Seriously, I gotta wonder what a whole bale of "certified weed free' hay costs? Probabily alot. but on the GOOD side, at least the military isn`t paying for it ! (Who dreams this stuff up?)
