Got tidserv activity 2 on my hp. Will not be doing any puzzles or anything until I get it fixed. At this time I think I need to reload the XP Media Center software. I did not receive a copy of it when I bought the computer and did not have the discs on hand to create a backup copy. Then forgot to create the discs when I finally bought some CDs. Since the HP is over 5 years old I may just have to buy another computer. But for the present I am using my wife's iMac. That way I should not be passing the trouble on. Until I get my problem solved I will just be an observer.

Seems to be hitting a lot of people about now. Do you have Norton? Doesn't matter seems to be getting by a lot of anti-virus soft ware. Here is just one posting about the Trojan

I have read most of them. Have ran 3 different diagnostic programs. They point to a bad netbt.sys. I don't have the software to reload the system. After the first of the year will decide whether to bite the bullet and get another computer or take it to a shop for repair. For now I am going to use my wife's MacBook or iMac. Neither of which the puzzles are workable on. When I get a puzzle up on the screen it jumps all over and resizes itself. Thanks for the reply.
