Just figured it was about time for Cane Pole to say something funny.
We just got in from one of our luxurious main meal centers, the Steak and Shake in Paris. We barely made happy hour. S&S is a geriatric center from 2-5 pm because of happy hour. While we were there a bunch of underagers came in and set at the big table in the center of the court. To qualify, anybody under 40 is an underager.
Anyway, the sat down and all of them broke out their cell phones All six of the had them fingers and thumbs engaged, but no show of emotions. This went on for our lunchout time.
Brenda asked me what they were doing and I told here they were "hotspoting". She as me what is hotspotting? I told her that is how pole dancers charge their batteries. Ok.

Me too. I said 1 one time , and my wife got on to me . So now I just think them , or mumble them under my breath.

My new neighbor. They bought the house across the street at the lake. We drove to the lake today expecting to see someone moving in. Nope. A wrecking crew is tearing down the old house. The folks paid top dolla for the lake view. The gonna make our taxes go up with that new home. It be nice. It is ok. They have the view and I have the lakefront with my tiny house.
They may start complaining bout the clutter of boats and fishing stuff being around your lake front home.
