Thursday night Dixie was beside me, Had her mouth wide open in a classic Yawn... I'm being eaten by a T-Rex --- had to give her some love and she scooted under her blanket.. A few minutes later she was back and I was staring in that Mouth full of teeth again. I did not sleep very good knowing there was a hungry T Rex close by.
As the sun came up I was putting Dixie in our SUV headed South to Lafayette again from Ruston.. I have an old Couch cushion on the front seat so she can see when it is time to bark at some Booger. Her leash tied to the hand grips where she is safe for the 200 mile ride to get her stitches out. Dixie just a little over 10 years old Female Dauchshund we finally had fixed,,, thinking of her and Puppies might have been such a good Idea with 4 other dogs. Dixie had some lumps on her Mamory glands she would have needed for Nursing.... Fishervet has been taking care of all my Furbabys !!!!!! with Surgery to remove lumps,, one of them was Cancer,,,, I had Fishervet Operate again to remove all the other lumps in hopes it had not spread already.. So Friday Morning Tal was taking out 20 to 30 stitches in her Belly. She lay on that cold table still till they were all out, then ate all Tals treats . I March we Got Precious ,, we took her straight to see Vet She was Heartworm Positive. with treatment I think we caught it early ...
Dixie slept most of the way home. with the stop at Burger King she placed her order at the speaker where we got to order at the window .. good girls deserve a treat, she has been through a lot
