Well sense the weather man missed the forecast AGAIN and I didn’t get any rain YEA Charline gave me a break from cooking. This is her version of lunch, fresh lettuce tomato and cucumber salad with baked yellow squash zucchini tomato and onions sprinkled with Italian dressing salt and pepper. Yeck chick food. Man Chip, I'm not much on eggplant but that looks good! I also use clarified butter (Ghee) on a lot of stuff. Do you make your own? Pretty simple process, I keep me and my mom in stock.
Yes I shure do, I use 2 lbs at a time so I don't run short. Don't tell my Cardiologist.
