Yes that works. This time of year, as always, when we bring fresh produce in the house from the garden - it happens. Tomatoes, etc. Ann bought a little cardboard roll thing that you pull out some sticking tape. It stretches out, then hang in the window sill with a tack where the fresh produce from the garden go. It's tacky from the word go hanging there, told her it's to come down if we have company coming over.

Also, it helps to pour a little bleach in the kitchen sink trap regular as well. After all, it's standing water below the drain.

I dont mind tacky if it works and doing a job for me.....thats just how i roll
