That is the 2nd one in my yard this year I think the high water from the ms has them pushed over. We did not hurt them we just relocated them from the yard.

LOVE that picture Josh! Country girl for sure there! Thanks for sharing!
We had our last frost a little over three weeks ago so my garden has only been in for 3 weeks. The only thing I've harvested is asparagus and morel mushrooms. Those tomatoes make my mouth water, you just can't buy a good mater out of the store.
I have family in Chicago and the have a farm on apple canyon lake in galena Ill. They go crazy over morel mushrooms I have never tried one.

Yep, definitely looks like good soil to me!!!
Next year I'm going to do about 2acres of tamatoes, I can not keep them. If I had 200lb a day I could sell them Mrs Williams said she was at the farmers market yesterday and they didn't have the first mater

Wow! Very nice, I've thought about doing that but don't have a clue how to do it. What flowers do you have close by for pollination? Read clover was good. Here I was thinking living way out in the country, I had it going on. What you're doing is excellent - hat's off to you.
They are in my garden and white top clover in my yard. I live on the lake and every home owner around me and for miles have flowers. I do not know how to tend to them or anything I am just lucky enough to know a guy and he likes fish and veggies I keep him stocked up. I called him told him what I wanted and he brought me the bees, this is my first garden I cannot tell you much I've got good people with great knowledge that helps with testing. I have a strong back and a week mind and I'm not scared of work.

honey is made using the nectar of flowering plants not pollen.
Some of the major sources of nector in LA are willow, Tupelo gum, Chinese tallow
