When you live on a property for 34 years, you accumulate so much stuff you think you can't live without. I'm getting rid of most of it and starting over.
I know I'll never pull another kid on a snow sled with an ATV, nor will I ever put another slat under a bed spring and I know I'll never use another slop jar, so
why does it still occupy space in the storage building? I can't give it away or sell it in a yard sale so I just toss it by the dumpster and say thanks for the memories.

the countryside. It soon became known as God's Own Official Guide to Locating Everything (GOOGLE). That is how it all began. And that's the truth.

Woooo Hooooooo!! After 3 weekends one of which was rained out. 2 cases of beer and several good saturday meals we got the boat trailer wired and the boat elec all straightened out. had a broken neg wire and since all the dash switches are daisey chained with neg in series it was a pain finding the flaw. When the wire shorted it took out the bilge pump so I got a new one. The heavy extension cord aughta last my life time and this was a giant leap towards dragging it to toledo bend.

I bought some new guide-ons for the boat trailer a couple of weeks ago. I likes a lot! So much easier loading the boat in a heavy cross wind. Sometimes it felt like landing an aircraft in a stiff cross wind, had to put a serious yaw to it. Kept searching for the rudder pedals:

Tried the Arkie crappie rigs, received them with some new crankbaits. I used my usual 10/2 braid as leaders, but the top one was constantly getting tangled up because the thin braid is so limber. I guess I'll have to use a stiff monofilament as leader material. Here's what they look like:
