Thanks. I have a recipe for the procedures on how to cure and smoke I will post tonight. I am just finishing my cup of coffee and about to load the boat.

Good for you dude we have been growing it for 3 years now. It is good for several pickings small ones keep coming up after the first harvest. So we gave up on cauliflower cause our garden aint big enough and doubled down on the broccoli. Growing brussels for the first time and they are still small but loaded. I hope they make it but beginning to wonder tehy sure are slooooooooooow.
Cleaned up the driveway today, scrubbed and cleaned the signs as well:
