I attended Texas A&M because of the Austin Chalk boom going on. I worked full time for Delta Drilling at the time in College Station as a driller, went to school part time. Wasn't in a hurry because I was paid well. Had my own house, boat, motorcycle, etc. A salesman at Delta Drilling gave me two tickets once to an A&M game. I promptly scalped them for $300 dollars. Didn't know who they were playing at the time.
I would love to see a major game in the new stadium built there. ROTC jet flyovers, etc. Look up the top military colleges in the country. West Point, the navel academy, then Texas A&M. Air force follows. I trained and flew for the Civil Air Patrol for kicks, wasn't into the discipline of the military.
You bet, I've got better things to out here, and have lot's to show for it. Don't have satellite, just cable for internet use only. Not interested in watching the Kardashians, killing gators, or some stupid crap about killing bigfoot. Ann bought a Rouku stick (whatever that is) for me to watch SEC football during the Fall, just during a certain time. Otherwise, as always, up at 4:00 am, and getting busy.
That's the way I roll.
Wow.....you get up 30 minutes after I do every morning.....no kidding.....i am out the door at 4 am every morning except sunday.
Time to go get the day started
