That along with some Caribbean style crappie (on the coals with butter, red bell peppers, and onions) wrapped tightly in foil. Serve that with some herb rice. Do believe I'll call it good this evening.

Mercy, that's serious. She forgot the fresh cut sliced avocados though. Lay all of this in a warm flour tortilla along with some cheese. A side of refried beans will work nicely with that.
Cooked early this afternoon because we wanted to watch the Super Bowl this evening. Really not interested in pro football, but wanted to see Lady Gaga during the halftime show.
Well it was quite a show and no politics that I saw. Of course I wasn't paying much attention as I was watching on my phone while writing a letter to a friend. To me it was somewhat anticlimactic as I attended the Circque du Soleil "Toruk" at the Smoothy King Arena this afternoon. There was more high flying acts than I ever saw in one place and at one time.
