This weeks gumbo is a almost forgotten old style made in the winter outa what ya had . If you have never ahd it ya really need to try it. Lots of cooking shows make this out to be some fancy involved recipe but it aint and the reason my recipe is a little vague is ya sposed to use what ya got. Oh and by the way this post has a picture of MY gumbo bowl.
