    Default Test 2.....Toledo Bend again......

This place will be packed once again at the gathering just like last time. Pretty water:

I-Pilot set at the course/track along with cruising speed. Pull the crank baits once again:

Lots more channel cats. Ann says they are the best of all catfish and the perfect size. She's from Kentucky. I'm not fooling with them along with the numerous small crappie caught. Some folks fish for fun, regardless of what's caught. That's me - sorry no cooler full. Of course, my puppies have to have fun to:

    Hope this works. On TapaTalk.

Just curious, in January when we all meet on Toledo Bend at San Miguel Park..........best kind of fishing will be (fill in the blank) _______________________
Pushin'/pullin' cranks, jiggin'? Don't want to leave the wrong baits at the homestead. Thanks in advance for input. Never fished the lake or that far south
    in January.

RR, I don't know much about it but last year everyone mostly fished deep tight line with jigs and shiners. Docwaldo slow trolled with minnows and he did the best. Of course with 32 hooks in the water, he probably gigged a few of them.

Hard to look at 'em steaks and think about what to fish with . I'll bring enough to have a selection should the bite change. Since I'm ambidexterious
I can fish with jigs or or or or cranks. I think I can smell 'em steaks.

Retired RR, you won't need cranks when you come in January. Like Danny said, tight line deep - with shiners with heavy weight to get down. I run a double drop shot rig myself. Looking forward to meeting you. Sure glad you are coming.
