    Default Leatherman Tools

I just wanted to put on here about a good experience with the Leatherman tool company. I know a lot of people have their tools in their trucks, tool boxes and tackle boxes and such. I have carried a Leatherman on me for a few years, since I was with the 2nd combat engineer division, camp Lejeune in 2002. I purchased a Leatherman MUT when they came out mainly because they were intended for the things I was doing at the time. I have been out of the military since 2007 and have used that thing far more at home and on the farm than when I was serving. well I broke it the other day doing something I probably shouldn't have been doing. Prying a pin out of something with a tool that wasn't meant to do that. On with the story, looked on the website to try to replace the tool, found that they have a 25 year warranty on most of the products that sell. filled out the form and told what had happened, shipped it off and not 2 weeks later I have gotten a new one. No questions asked. This is a company that I will be doing business with for life. On another note during that 2 weeks I was lost with out it. its funny how you get so accustomed to having something so little and yet so important missing in your life.

I didn't know about the 25 year warranty; thanks. I have one on my side now that I have used nearly everyday for 14 years.

I love mine but they are pricey I guess if you have a 25 yr warranty you pay for it. I was looking at a new model and it went for around $89.99 in the catalog I was looking at.
