Thread: Smoked brisket

I know ya'll don't do this much down here. Thought I'd share though. To me, it's summer time, so smoked brisket will occur regular.

The smoker started up bright and early:



Long and slow after 8 hours:



A small slice to make sure it's tender before I finish it up:



As per West Texas style, BBQ beans, tater salad, and coconut cream pie to follow .
