Looking for carpenters in the Lafayette

I am planning on adding a mother in law apartment addition to my house. I am looking for carpenters, not a contractor. I just finished clearing the area of trees. Have also drawn the plans with all calculations and specifications. I'll do the plumbing and wiring myself, I'm particular about those items. I'll deal with codes, etc. Just need some folks who will follow my directions. I don't feel like doing it myself this time around, nor have the time. If you guys know someone, please let me know. Okay, cool. Currently I have a package unit for the house. The way I designed it. I figured that running ducts in an attic is a huge waste of electricity, that's where the heat is in South Louisiana. All ducts here are under the floor, where it's cooler. My house is on a large hill, front is roughly one foot off the ground, the back half is eight feet off the ground. Thank you for your post. Sounds like a nice set-up. Gotta keep the critters out of that duct work though. I do have self contained package units.
