When we moved here in July the crawfish season was done, we were told. So now it should be starting! We want to know what kind of traps are the easiest, where to go, how deep and anything else you can tell us...please.

We think it would be cool to catch our own crawfish for dinner! I'm only talking about 1-2 pounds of cooked tails at a time... not a 150 pound sack. I want to have a couple of spots I can go once every couple of weeks on a Mon or Tue. and get enough for dinner.

So how about it? I'm ready to soak up your wisdom.
