Dang man you already dying stuff! At this rate you're going to be ate up with it worse than I am. Borax on the tails is the way to go. For the dye go with an acid bath dye. It will hold the color better than dyes made for fabric. I use Prowash and like it. Heres some I just did. These dyed badger saddles are becoming my favorite hackle, the black lateral line makes a killer jig.
