Back in the late 80's I bought a block of "Rod and Reel" brand frozen shrimp. To thaw it I threw the block in the livewell. After thawing, several shrimp were scattered throughout the livewell. I "thought" I got them all out. A few days later we noticed a horrible stench coming from near the boat. I looked in the livewell and literally dry heaved. One had lodged under the drain tube. Hard to believe a single shrimp stunk so bad my neighbors noticed it. Lesson learned...
couple of times found little lobsters, and octopus in our "fish box".
Mouse died in it. Leave the lid open to air out in the garage after each trip. A dead mouse in the summer...foul
