This is sad. I'm sorry I'm just now seeing it a few weeks late. I met Monk about 10 years ago while living in Virginia. He'd post here occasionally but would come up to Richmond for the fishing expos.

I remember him telling people to come directly to his house if they needed something lol. Folks like that are getting harder and harder to come by these days. Interesting to read his obituary that we ironically lived fairly close to each other now without me knowing it, him having been in Greensboro. Also interesting that he graduated from NC State, I wouldn't have figured that.
