Default High Rock in the morning

Gonna try to pull some cranks first thing in the morning up at HR. Any advice on what depth they're being caught at now?

I have not heard anything. I have been marking shad all different depths while catfishing. The tops of coves are loaded early and late. The perch were busting them on top of main lake all afternoon yesterday. I would have one or two shallow. You know I have had about as much luck as you, but hear about them catching them near the top in the summer.

Interesting picture Kevin. The white crappie are supposed to hit cranks best, but I see that all three of your fish are black crappie. I've always thought that if you put a crank in front of them, whether black or white, they will bite.

12' seems to be where we saw the thermocline set up on Jordan. Must be about the same over there too!
