High Rock Last Night

Fished last night until about midnight on High Rock. Caught 60-70 crappies. Kept 27 that were from 9-11 inches. Found a ledge with some brush that dropped from 9 FOW to 18 FOW. Crappie were about 8 ft. deep. Caught a few on jigs tipped with minnows but most all came off plain minnows. Bite started out very light but got more aggressive as the night went on. Caught some using a cork but most were caught fishing straight down without a cork. Had to really watch your line because sometimes it just got slack and other times just moved off to the side. Used floating white light and submerged green light.

Good job! That's the way it seems for me, takes a while for them to get started and when it starts, it's on!
