Sorry I didn't take any pictures but they turned out pretty good. I may need a few more tries to perfect it, my patties were a little runny (might should have thrown in another egg to hold them together) but they tasted great! Another good way to use crappie fillets besides deep frying. Thanks Newly!

PS. I can't believe you didn't try to mix in a Krispy Kreme doughnut somewhere!
