Striper 4-26 / 4-27

4-26 took my wife out on a afternoon trip to the only place i could guarantee there would be clean water. Took a few minutes to catch bait. It wasnt a lights out kind of afternoon, put the fish came in flurries. before i got all rods out, had 2 in the boat, then a lull, 2 more, ect ect. in 2.5 hrs caught 12, kept our limits (and yes those are LOST hybrids). went to freeline some rip rap and rock piles afterwards looking to see if we could find something bigger. got ate up by bass and a 6lb blue. She did most of the cranking



4-27 After getting a few errands taken care of, had a buddy come on short notice for a half day. Conditions changed with it being rather chilly, overcast and a bit windy. fished hard for only 5. kept 1 that was a deep hooked 25 inches and the others got a free pass.



Have several off days upcoming. perfect opportunity to head out on the water to some clean water!

I tried really hard to volunteer my time for the badin event yeaterday, but 830am was the only time i had to meet with my real estate agent to go over a few things! Only day he had to handle it
