Windy Harris

It was tough on Harris Saturday. Tried everything except LMB. Caught Crappie, Blue Gills, Perch, and catfish. Weather was hot and sunny with plenty of wind. I was surprised that crappie in 12' water still have eggs. I think there are some that are bedding deep this year. My friend Special K talked about that in some of his articles.

Did someone say BLUEGILLS? Looks like I'm switching from Jordan to Harris, I went there a couple weeks ago and caught a few on crickets. Now that the freezer has a few bags of fillets it's time to explore some. Congrats on the good fishing and I might be seeing out there.

I was actually looking for Shell Crackers when I caught the blues. I think from the looks of the ones I caught they will bed on the next full moon.
