Prayers uplifted. While memories can bring tears of remembrance, they are often wrapped in smiles awaiting our lips. I take my dads pipe with me fishing a lot. It's smoke and aroma brings him closer. He has gone on before me but I know where he awaits.

Sorry for your loss. I lost my best friend and best fishing buddy last month. Its been hard on all of us. Understand what your going through!

Praying Brother, I lost my son 4 yrs ago, he was my fishing buddy , its still hard getting in the boat and going but, Ive learned to lean on God and things have gotten better , I fish some now , fishing helps keep the memories alive . I miss him more than anything anyone can image. I know he is with our Lord and savior and that alone brings me Peace.
