The Day started out good . 24 Teams showed up to fish . The winds were light . A lot people went to where they had caught fish a month ago only to find them few and far between. Then the wind picked up pretty good . But through it all it was a blessed day . Everybody made it in safe. And some nice fish were caught . We shared some wisdom from Gods Holy Word. We will never be good enough to get into Heaven . We have done all we can do and it ain't good enough. Thankfully Jesus is Perfect . For He took all that was due us upon Himself on the Cross . Rose up from the grave . " and by His wounds we are healed" our Salvation rest upon Him. Thank You Jesus! Now onto the full results of the fishing event . 1st Place was the Dynamic Duo , the husband and wife Team of Frank and Gail Garrard of Durham , NC. They also had the Big Fish of the Day with a 2.125 Monster Crappie caught by Gail. They shared the boat with their Best friend Dixie their Jack Russell Dog who watches the poles for the slightest movement. They bested the 24 Boat field . Here are the full Results.

Next up is our last Regular Season Event at Falls Lake NC this up coming Saturday on April 8th . We will be at Ledge Rock Boat Landing at 5:30am until 6:45 am taking Entries and checking Livewells. If you have only fished two events this year this is your last chance to Qualify for the Championship on April 15 and Fish for the Guaranteed $ 1000.00 First Place Prize . The Championship location is still up in the air at this time and could be at any lake in the area with in a one hours drive . So come on out and Fellowship with us On and Beside the Water .
