    Default Spring Trip Advice

    Hello fellow fisherman!

Looking to plan our annual spring trip (March/April) and seeking advice. We have been going to Ky Lake and Weiss the past 8 years. Looking to try a new place. We prefer to longline but will adjust as we prefer to catch crappie! Any advice about lakes in NC that are particularly good or are in a good cycle would be greatly appreciated.
That's why they call it Fishing and not Catching!

Jordan, Harris, High Rock,Kerr should all be good during that time frame. Longlining should produce you some fish for sure good luck.

Santee Cooper hands down, the lakes can be intimidating due to there size but once u get them dialed in and if u time it right it's world class
