Default Jordan crappie in the daytime?

Hey i'm new to the forum but have been crappie fishing on Jordan lake as long as I can remember. Problem is that I've only fished in the afternoons. This is my favorite time of year to go because they typically hit hard from the banks after work. I'm going out for a full day tomorrow and taking my grandma out. She can only stay out until lunch. We plan on fishing from around 9am-12 before she has to leave. Can we catch them in my afternoon spot or will they be deeper? We will be using Carolina rigs on minnows.

    Thanks.

They usually bite better in the morning. You should be able to use your same spot.

We had very good results fishing in 2-3 feet of water Monday. We caught fish in 8 ft of water but the more shallow the water the bigger the fish we found. May not be the case tomorrow but it worked good Monday.

Caught a few in the morning. I stayed all day. Not much happened from 11-4 but wore em out after that. Had 4 rods and had to put one up because I couldn't keep up.
